‘Actual hands-on practical treatment'
'Mobilising joints and relaxing muscles'

According to World Federation of Chiropractic, chiropractic is defined as “A health profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. There is an emphasis on manual treatments including spinal adjustment and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation.”

Chiropractic care consists of spinal manipulation, joint mobilisation, soft tissue techniques, electrotherapy, active exercise, and postural education. Although the high-velocity low amplitude thrust adjustment (which sometimes produces a cracking sound) is exclusive to chiropractic, it’s not the only treatment technique available. There are various types of treatment techniques in chiropractic that utilises low-force gentle manoeuvre. Our aim is to find the most suitable treatment option that will provide you with the best results and comfort. We will ensure to render a treatment that is customised to suit each individual and for all ages and sizes.
